Therapy Fees
This page outlines our four payment options: in-network coverage with BCBS PPO, out-of-network services with reimbursement benefits, and out-of-network services with no reimbursement available. Each option is designed to provide clarity and flexibility based on your insurance and payment preferences. For detailed information on each option, please refer to the sections below.

BCBS PPO or Blue Choice Plans
We are pleased to inform you that we are in-network with your plan and will handle the submission of for payment on your behalf. Please note that you will need to keep a credit card on file for any deductible payments or copays due. Processing times vary by plan, and it may take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks for your claim to be fully processed, after which your card will be charged for any applicable fees. Note the form on this page, nor our team, can check your in-network rates in advance. Each plan varies in its contracted rates. You can call your plan to find out what your in-network coverage is for a 90791 and a 90837 service code.

Out-of-Network Benefits Insurance Plans
If we are not in-network with your insurance, don't worry! We can explore your out-of-network reimbursement benefits. We utilize a service called Mentaya can help check for possible benefits and manage your reimbursement requests for a small fee. Please note that whether you decide to use Mentaya or submit superbills directly to your plan, the full $200 fee will be due on the date of service, as a receipt of payment is necessary for reimbursement. Private-Pay
Our private pay services are designed for individuals who do not have insurance benefits. A fee of $200 per session will be charged to a card kept on file within 48 hours after the session is completed. We prioritize your privacy and convenience, ensuring a seamless payment process. If you have any questions or need further information, feel free to reach out.

Sliding Scale Fee Arrangement
We understand that financial constraints can be a barrier to accessing therapy. Each therapist offers a limited number of sliding fee adjustments based on their experience and current caseload. If you're interested in being considered for these adjustments, please let us know. If we're unable to meet financial needs, we're happy to refer you to other providers who can offer therapy at a more manageable cost.
