Steyn Integrative Counseling values holistic, integrative approaches to healing. We have found great synergy in partnering with local functional medicine doctors, as well as, other independent providers of various somatic modalities. Our approach to addressing symptoms is to find the "why" behind them and address their root-cause
versus managing symptoms at a cognitive or medication level alone.
Our counselors pay close attention to the nervous system when treating emotional overwhelm stuck in the body and we appreciate complementary modalities that address what the body is holding from past moments or seasons of overwhelm.
