All of our providers offer services to IL residents online through HIPPA compliant technology. Some providers also service the state of FL. This serves to make therapy more accessible, especially to those outside Chicagoland or those who need to fit therapy into a tight schedule. Some nervous systems prefer being online!

Private Online Yoga Support for Safe Embodiment

This individualized, online yoga offering supports safe reconnection with your body by learning to sense, feel, and respond to what your body communicates. Sessions may be experienced as a stand-alone practice, as a preparatory step before IFS therapy, or as a complement to ongoing therapeutic work.
 
Sessions focus on cultivating awareness, regulation, and embodied presence at a pace that respects your nervous system.

This is for those interested in regulating their nervous system to reduce freeze states and promote restorative recovery of the nervous system. It acts as "medicine" for your nervous system by directly stimulating the vagus nerve through your sense of hearing. Your therapist will meet with you weekly or, in some cases, every other week until your treatment goals are complete or you choose to take a break. Treatments are tailored collaboratively according to your unique system and will focus on healing symptoms at their root with holistic and evidence-based therapies.
