I love sitting with people who long to feel more at peace on the inside. To me, therapy is where neuroscience meets love — a sacred space where insight and compassion work together to create change. Each person carries a unique inner world filled with thoughts, feelings, sensations, and urges waiting to be understood. Together, we bring gentle curiosity and immense compassion to all that your system holds. I’m especially drawn to working with those navigating the aftermath of spiritual harm or spiritual warfare, helping them rediscover safety and connection to both body and spirit. My approach weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coherence & Polyvagal Theory, creating a path of healing that is both scientific and deeply human.
