I love sitting with people who want to feel more at peace on the inside. I see therapy as the art of neuroscience and love. Each person has a unique inner world. Together, we can bring genuine curiosity and immense compassion to the many thoughts, feelings, sensations and urges your body holds. Each person also has a unique "spirity-self" that transcends their physical body. As healing occurs in the nervous system, one's access to leading life from their "spirity-self" grows and symptoms of the body subside. You'll know this is happening when confidence, courage, compassion,connection and creative possibilities come easier for you.  I especially enjoy working with clients who have experienced spiritual abuse and spiritual warfare. My favorite approach combines IFS unburdening with Polyvagal theory.
