About Me

I want to invite you into one of the freest spaces you’ve ever been in—one that is uniquely yours and co-created between us for all parts of you.

I understand deeply, with compassion, how life experiences—whether trauma, overwhelm, or grief—can shift us into living from our nervous system responses instead of from our true Self. My passion is to guide you back to who you truly are, honoring the protective responses that have carried you this far without judgment or shame. This step alone feels incredible and healing.

Together, we’ll explore your inner world using the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework. I integrate techniques such as EMDR, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Polyvagal Theory, and somatic approaches as needed. My areas of focus include chronic illness and symptoms, eating disorders and body image, sexual trauma, and spiritual integration.

$50 per additional 15 minutes add-on

All applicable fees will be charged to a card on file.

INSURANCE

Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans are submitted on your behalf as in-network.

For all other insurance plans, we are considered out-of-network. To estimate your possible reimbursement, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about out-of-network benefits for CPT code 90837.
