Meet Chrissie Steyn, founder of Steyn Integrative.

It is hard to feel present when symptoms keep pulling you away from the life in front of you. It is exhausting to spend so much energy managing anxiety, fear, pain, or overwhelm just to get through the day.

I created Steyn Integrative Counseling for people longing for something deeper than symptom management—a gentle place where healing can unfold at the pace of your system.
